JJC provides a full range of permanency services to foster parents and kinship parents and pre-adoptive parents who are seeking permanency for children placed in their care.
JJC’s Department of Permanency Planning (DOPP) has been facilitating child adoptions since 1994 through the Pennsylvania Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN). Our dedicated staff supports families through the entire adoption or permanent legal custodianship process. Our social workers write child profiles and family profiles, prepare the legal paperwork for adoption finalizations, ready children for permanency through child preparation services, and find families for children who are in need of a life-long family, with child specific recruitment.
